The Build was borne from personal experience of shopping for a new-build home. Created in 2015, this concept was a masthead media idea designed to bring a group of new home builders, or just one big one, under a media umbrella targeting new-build buyers. The goal, to improve online showhome content, and to increase genuine sales enquiry and foot traffic through showhomes. We had a media partner produce tiered packages to allow easy entry, but the project needed a critical mass to launch which it didn’t quite achieve.

With media ideas 1 out of 100 tend to hit the mark, so 99 to go, right?

The Build sell-in resulted in The Brandery showcasing our copywriting, design and video production skills to an entire industry, resulting in us winning work producing showhome videos for Jalcon Homes, Jennian Homes and Landmark Homes.
